    changing IF formulas to Conditional formatting?

    If its not one thing its another. So after a near flawless worksheet Ive been told by a idiot supervisor he wants it different. (without good reason I might add) Anyway I need to know if its possible to change IF formats to Conditional format and also how do I make it to where if I delete a cell I don't lose formula to #ref! I uploaded a workbook and it has the fomulas
