Conditionally Formatting Stacked Bar Chart with Color

Hi guys. I am trying to conditionally format a stacked bar chart that we have created as a pseudo gantt chart. We have 2 series of data that are driving this report. The first series is the start date which is converted to a number. The second series is the duration of the project (finish date - start date) in days. The first series is transparent so the chart gives the appearance of a gantt chart.I have now inserted a row for each project to indicate what the original start and finish date of the project were. This allows us to visualize the baseline vs actual on the gantt chart, but we would like to differentiate between the 2 with different colors (baseline=red, actual=blue). I have inserted a column called Bar Color and labeled each baseline project as 1 and each actual project as 2. Is it possible to format the color of the Duration bar based on the value in the Bar Chart column. The worksheet is attached.
