basically from row 215 to row 1850 I have rows of data. I need a quick way to insert 21 rows of data that automatically groups under the original row, for every single current row of data.
Whats the best way to do this?
so I should end up with around 38k rows

Note that the 21 rows after each current row must not be blank but must instead be derived from rows 106 to 126
