Format brush does not Work

I can't use past special in excel 2010 does anybody know why?

You may have the outdated Skype Click to Call plugin in your browser. It corrupts the clipboard. Skype has a fix for it so get the new version. In the meantime keep either keep your browser closed while working on Excel or uninstall/disable the plugin.
