Attendance Tracking According to Hire Date

Hi forgive me if this question was solved before, but I have been searching for about a week and can’t seem to find a specific answer. The attached spreadsheet is an attendance calendar for July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012 (I will extend it as the new year comes). I need to track attendance individualized according to the anniversary date (to be specific the month) in Column N, for example if that persons anniversary date is 03/01/2006, I need attendance to be tracked for that person from 03/01/2012 to 02/2013 then vacation days remaining reset (column E) on 03/01/2013 for that specific person. Is there anyway I can do that? Thanks in advance and any response is appreciated. ***This is also in the programing thread, I am not really sure where this question belongs***
