    Pivot Tables - Changing Ranges

I have a pivot table set up to pull in summary data from a data file. The data range is sorted by month and year. I was able to capture the first quarter's data by simply hitting the "Change Source Data" button, and selecting the range. When I get to the 2nd quarter, it got a bit tricky because there are no headings in my range. To make it work, I am thinking I will have to create multiple data files from which my pivot table can pull. Is that correct or is there a simpler way of doing this?

Why not put all the data into the pivot table, then filter for specific data you need within the pivot table.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Ok, obviously I need to be in the New User forum. Either that, or my brain is frozen from fooling with this file all day. Thanks you again! I'm moving forward once more.
