Change color of chart data point based on data

I have a chart with 4 data points and would like those points to change to Red, Yellow or Green based on the value of the data, I have added the spreadsheet for additioinal information, I want the colors to automatically change to Red or Yellow or Green as I change the data. I will use this spreadsheet for several different areas and would like the color selection data to be determined by a goal that could be dfferent than the data point number. For example if the goal number is 80 and the data point is 60 I would like the data point color to be Yellow, with the same goal and data point number is 85 the data point color would be Green.
