Conditional Formatting with multiple conditions

Dear Team-
First of all thanks to all of your help and assistance in solving the queries in MSO, i m a regular student of this forum,but was an outsider. Now i had joined your Forum.thanks for accepting me
Coming to the business.
My requirement is on Conditional formatting...please find the attachment..hope the attached file would understand my requirement..
anyways the conditions are below;
1.A project starting is greater than 15 days ie from today and less than 30 days, it should format the "Staffing status" color to GREEN,
2.If a project starting is less than 15 days and the staffing status is Open , the Staffing status cell "Open" should be RED
3.IF a project start is less than 7 days from today and Staffing status is RR raised , the cell should be YELLOW
4.If project is less than 1 day and staffing status is RR raised , the cell color should format as RED..

WOudl require ur help on solving this.. please let me know for more information..
