Automatic Update of External Data Sources?

Hi guys,

I've done a fair bit of research, but nothing has stood out as a definitive answer to my question.

Basically, I have a workbook placed on a server with multiple data connections.

This file needs to stay here as it is XCOPY'ied to a number of computers on a daily basis using a .bat file and Windows Scheduled Tasks, lovely.

The external data source is constantly being updated with new data, and the workbook needs to replicate these data sources at the end of each day. Currently the workbook is manually updated at 16:00 each day, but this is a tedious task and often gets forgotten.

My question is.. Is there any way that the workbook could automatically update itself to replicate the external data sources?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
