How do I get the filter to capture all of the addresses in a column?

Someone sent me a spreadsheet that has filtering set up already. What I realized is that the filter is not capturing all of the data (in this case it is addresses in a column). When I click the drop down arrow there are only two address out of a list of 75. How do I fix this?
