Trouble with tabulating final score(Selection done by radio buttons)

Hi Guys,

I am stuck trying to tabulate the score from the attached form. I need the total value to be tabulated based on the selection of the radio button.

Pls be informed that the grouping of the radio buttons are done horizontally.

Pls help.

My scoring system in the form is as follow:

Catergory has a certain percentage (Eg. 30%) ---> This category has sub categories. This subcategories are separated into 100% but the final tabulation should be based on 30% only.

Cat 1 - 30%
---------------
Cat 1.1 - 50%
Cat 1.2 - 35%
Cat 1.3 - 15%
