To insert the code press the F8 key on your keyboard while holding the Alt Key. In the space provided for the Macro name type the AddDate and then select the create option.

Copy the above code into the space provided below the Sub and above the End Sub. The exit out of the VB window.

Hold down the Alt Key while pressing the F8 key again and this time select the AddDate macro and select the run option.
