I have the following formula:
I basically want this formula to do what it's currently doing, however only add up cells <0 only.

The above formula is giving a cumalative total, so -20, -30, -50, 150 would = 50....I need it to show -100.
Hope this makes sense. I can post my spreadsheet if not.

Oooi, why use Sumif inside Sumproduct? Can you post a sample file to illustrate what you want to achieve?
Are you really using Excel 2000? This is important! Please make sure your Excel version is reflected in your profile. With so many different versions around now, there are quite a few things to consider when suggesting a formula.
Which values, G:G, or G5:O5?

Column Q (takeoff tab) is working out cumulative power per row with the formula below:

I need this same sort of formula to add up all minus figures (<0), to be shown in R5 draged down. EG on this spreadsheet R5 needs to show -400.
