Lookup or Sumproduct or if condition with sumproduct and vlookup

For example: Each Rep rec $ 1000 bonus per month (column a2). In June there are 21 working days (column H2).

Cassie is out on Friday 6/18 and it is unexcuse absence(no contact) so she will be duduct 4 x's (column p4).

=$1000/21=$47.62 each day. Since it is Friday she will be deduct 4x's =$47.62*4= $190.47 will be duduct from her at end of the month.

So I have two criteria's that I have to look up against. First it is the day of week(Monday-Saturday) then second criteria is in row 3 column D-G.

I have attached a smaple excel. I am using excel 2010.
