Pick a region from a list and return all territories of that region

I have a list of geographic business regions from my company and each region has up to 9 territories. I would like to select one of the regions from a list and when I select that region, have each of its territories populate a table below in separate cells.

For example, region 1001 contains territories 100101, 100102, 100103, 100104, 100105, 100106 and 100107. The territories are in a list separate from the Region names. When I select region 1001 from a list in Cell b2, I want the 7 territories to appear in cells c2 through c8

I think I should use the index/match functions but can't seem to get it to work.

    Can someone provide some insight?

    Many thanks

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work and it's probably because I don't understand the contents of the formula. What is the function of the -14 and -1 in the latter part of the formula? Is the issue that the location of my data is in a different area than the formula is looking for? I substituted the locations of my data for yours but am not sure what to do with the -14 and -1.

    I'm still having a problem.

My list box is in cell c5 with my regions located in Row P29:P36 and my territories are in Q29:Y36.Can you help me with how this should be in the formula?
