Excel 2007 : send email notification to outlook 30 days before expiry

please help me with this one: I have an excell sheet that looks like this:

A1 SL NO: FROM 1 TO 300 ( STARTS WITH ROW NO 4 TILL DOWN)
B1 EMPLOYEE NAME ( STARTS WITH ROW NO 4 TILL DOWN)
C1 DATE OF JOINING ( STARTS WITH ROW NO 4 TILL DOWN)
D1 VISA EXPIRY ( STARTS WITH ROW NO 4 TILL DOWN)

email id will be declared inside the code.

please can somebody help me with this??
