Incremental copying of data from one sheet to another

could have a better method out there, but this is all i can think of. Added 2 columns in your DataBase worksheet. The blue cells have to be manually keyed. The green cells & below & be copied down using formula.

Not sure how to reopen this thread.
I have a small problem with the solution you proposed - the copy of data from the Input Data sheet to the DataBase sheet does not occur and I cannot find a solution.
Can you help?
I can send a sample file to illustrate the issue.
