Football stats - calling football fans!

Hi there

I'm an overly enthusiastic amateur 5 a side footballer who records all our teams results and player stats. Over the years it's become increasingly cumbersome to record the information so was hoping someone could suggest the best way to do it. Ideally, I'd want to record:

- Result of each game
- Who played (for us)
- Who scored
- Number of man of the match votes for each person
- MOM

Then I'd want that to automatically update a Player Stats page containing all that information, plus a Team Stats page giving W, D, L, For, Against, Points.

Any ideas greatly appreciated!

I have a Match page where the most regular players are at the top and teams we play at the side to the left. Any non regular players fall into the 'Others' Column and I put a note in detailing their name. Not sure if you can see the below clearly? If someone plays I highlight the square blue, if they don't it's red and if they're MOM then it's green which I do manually. Sorry to just copy and paste bur can't seem to drop attachments into my posts. It's also split down by season so there is a Header at the top of each season, example below is Final Match Stats - Season 1 - Division 4, Finished 2nd

Then there is the Player stats section which is all manually input as well with some basic formulae to work out the % and averages etc. This is where I'd ideally like the Match info page to feed the information to.
