I am trying to find a simple way to input monthly rent into excel as to minimise the number of sheets I use. (Don't want like a property per sheet, want to try and keep it in the one if this is possible)

At the moment, I have a list of properties (there's almost 80 properties in a sheet at present).

Does anyone know of a way to input rent on a monthly basis, but also if there are payments later in the same month for each property? For example, the rent due date is the 1st of each month. Say the rent was £600 per month for a particular property. £300 was paid on the 1st and the remaining £300 was paid on the 10th of the same month.

If anyone can find a way to do this, I'd be really grateful as I've been stuck with this for ages.
