    File Format For Attachment

    Hi All.

Some very smart guys (JOHN) help me solve a problem regarding automatically adding an excel worksheet as an attachment. The result is excellent but for one small detail which i hope someone will be able to solve for me.

when i open the workbook the the form (sheet 2) is formatted as i want it and looks fine however when it is sent as an attachment it seems to lose its formatting and all the columns become the same size messing up all the text.

Am i missing a fundamentally simple step when saving the file or is there something more sinister occurring

Looking forward to you guys once again helping out an excel div.

    Many thanks in advance

    Phil

    hi,
I have no idea why you open the file rcvd has a wrong format, here I tested and I send to you the result, it seems to be exactlty how
    the original sheet is.
I attache the file rcvd and a picture how it looks like on my side.
...or maybe I do not understand what you want...

    Hi John

i am a muppet. I changed all the colums from general to text format then saved it. I then added the saved file to the forum and tried again on the original to find that it works. i therefore uploaded a fixed working file.

Thanks again for helping me out and taking the time, it really is appreciated and no doublt in the future i will be back again very soon.
