Hi there. I have a question about converting frames per second (30 FPS) to millisecond timing (msec).

The data is currently represented as hh:mm:ss:fps:
01:00:02:15
01:00:02:25

**But I would love to find an excel formula that can convert fps to msecs, so that it's represented as hh:mm:ss:msec.

My hope is that someone might know of a formula/equation to help me.
