Filter multiple criteria to only keep unique values

Hello all,

I'm having a little bit of a stumble on a project that I'm working with. I basically have duplicate values that come in twice or three times but are under multiple criteria. I've searched online for solutions to my problem but I can't seem to find much. I know there's a way to do it through the Advanced Filter function but I don't know how to do it when it comes to multiple criteria.

To the example that I've attached, the criteria that needs to be filtered is on Column 1 and Column 2.

I've highlighted the rows that should be kept and the ones that aren't highlighted I don't need because they are duplicates on both Column 1 and 2.
