Any way to change default font for everything?

I created many different types of charts in Excel. I constantly have to change the legend, data labels, axes, etc. from Calibri to Arial.

Is there any way to make Excel understand that I want to use Arial for everything forever? Can Calibri be deleted from the program?

I've changed my default font in settings and always use 'set as default chart' after I make font changes to no avail.
