Is this the right program

I need a very simple way to to cross refrence airport codes there are two types , not all airports use both, I need a way of onced the the airport codes are havested, to enter either one of the codes for the destination airport to be displayed along with the alternative airport code. This can be done using the find tool but how do have this tool constantly displayed and auto loaded a the the launch of the workbook it can probably be done with to option boxes and a result cell, I want to be able to insert the information and return the processed results, so any body can come along and just use it, (not that they are going to). maybe excel is not the program to do this, any advice welcome
