Hi everyone (new on here).

I have a database with 500 student names, there student numbers, there class and the number of times Present, absent, Authorised absent without uniform and the final column is their average daily grade.

I would like to create individual reports for each student that i can print out (A4) and put into their individual files.

The report needs to include student name and number, their class and the 4 pieces of data (attendance data and average daily grade) + a comments box (unfortunately will have to be manually filled).

Is there any way i can do this from an excel spread sheet?
