Excel 2007 : graphing time activity and duration with dates

Hi guys, new member,

I am trying to graph the number of calls by time of day and date and their duration. It would seem that a modified stock graph with open and close would work to display the data but how can you make it dislply the time by the minute on a date? Will Excel 2007 graph by the minute? So I want a graph to show activity at a particular time, how long it lasted and finally was there other call activity that was at the same time to show overlap. So I can show that if there is one call and it lasts 10 minutes, a second call can't be answered until the 11 minute mark.

I have looked all over and can't find a way to do this, desperate. Any help appreciated.
