    Loan & Interest Rate Table

I'm taking an online excel course, so I'll probably be posting here from time to time. Does anyone know if I am doing this right? According to my calculations, I don't think I did this right. Is there an EASY way to do this table, in the correct way? I don't think the formula I am using is correct, and it took me forever to modify it for each individual square. Thank you.

    P.S. I've attached a picture.

I believe your formula is correct. To have your payments show as positive values, you should put a "-" in front of the principal in your formula. If you use absolute references, you will only have to write the formula once, and then copy the cell into the rest of your table. Here is how I would do it:

In B4 you put: =PMT($A4/12,$B$1,-B$3) and copy the formula across.

Does this give you your required results?
