I have 3 X 3 blank table but i have the total for the columns & Rows. The numbers in the table will be 1 or 0.
What formula should i use it to auto-fill the data ?

Thanks. It works if the total is 3. I get a circular error then it stops working.
Oh for the circular.. please set Iteration to... maybe 10?
Tools > Options > Calculations tab > Iteration check box & value to 10
Edit: Sorry, also pls change formula in Cell E9 to
=IF(OR(H9=3,E10=3),1,IF(AND(F9+G9<H9,E7+E8<E10),1,0))

Oh just in case you missed out my edit in the last post, please change formula in Cell E9 to
=IF(OR(H9=3,E10=3),1,IF(AND(F9+G9<H9,E7+E8<E10),1,0))
