another lookup- lookup column against row inputs

Hi, it's me again:
I asked a similar question to the below but I tried using a vlookup formula, VLOOKUP(J8,J25:S28,ROW(A26),0), but get a ref# error.

Can you please assist with a formula that will lookup an identifier in column J (J8 to J17) against the same identifier in row 25 (J25 to S25) and return values corresponding ie values in rows 26 to 28 of the attached. Thank you.lookuptest1.xlsx
