=NETWORKDAYS(A2,EOMONTH(A2,0))

With a date in A2,In A3, try this
=NETWORKDAYS(DATE(YEAR(A2),MONTH(A2),1),EOMONTH(A2,0),Holidays)
Holidays is a named range with All your holidays.

I want to calculate something similiar...
I want in first row to have the current year [ =year(now()) ]
In second row the months
and in third row to calculate the working days. So as a result when the year is changing to autocalcuate the working days.
Can anyone help me with this formula?
Also I would like to ask what would be the folmula if I would want to remove an extra number of working days.
