Incorrect Duplicate Values

Hello,

I have a list of values I want to find duplicates of. I have used conditional formatting but it appears to highlight alot of values that are not duplicates (through manual searching I can only highlight one true duplicate - in column B on attached file).

Does conditional formatting have a maximum chaarcter count it can recognise? I tried googling the problem but nothing came up.

If you use this in a worksheet cell you have to confirm it with Ctrl+Shift+Enter not just enter, its an array formula.
Conditional formatting treats all formulae as arrays, so no need for the curly braces.
