    Texts and Charts

    Hi,
I have created some charts to trend water analysis results for industrial boilers.

The cells containing numbers display on the chart ok but the cells containing the text S/D show as 0.

I would prefer the S/D to be displayed, how is this acheived?

the text S/D depicts that the boilers were shut down

    Thank you

If zero is not a valid value then you can use a custom number format

    General;-General;"S/D"

enter zero in the spreadsheet, S/D will be displayed in the cell and data label.
