I have a spreadsheet which shows when a member of staffs training will expire (this is in column m) (and some wont have expired)
and the date when the new training will take place (column o) (not all will have replacement training dates scheduled)

What I need to report on is: of the (say) 20 people whose training has expired, how many people are booked on to a replacement course

I though the formula below would work for me in 2003 saying

=AND(SUMIF(M10:M160,"<="&TODAY())*(SUMIF(O10:O160,">"&TODAY())))

Any ideas??
