Dear All,

I have to copy multiple rows from excel to MS Word or to MS Outlook. like

I have to keep the heading same but 2nd line everytime will get change

Like:
Row 1 Name Address Designation Ph. No. Mob no.
Row 2 ABC xyz Manager 5245126 5875621
Row 3 bcd uyr Sr. Manager 5555555 6666666


Now, I have to copy
Row 1 & Row 3 in word file, it will look like

Row 1 Name Address Designation Ph. No. Mob no.
Row 3 bcd uyr Sr. Manager 5555555 6666666

But issue is coming, when I am copying its giving all 3 rows in word file
