I have an Excel spreadsheet that I update almost every day that is used to populate data in other spreadsheets, which are locally stored, that my co-workers use. However, we do not all have Excel 2010 nor are they savvy enough to update the links each time they open the file. Is there a way that I can upload the database into something else that these locally stored spreadsheets (97-2003 format) can read from each time they are opened?

We do have a SQL server so that is always an option.
