Excel 2007 : Count how many a value occurs with given set of criteria

hi everyone, i'm new in this forum and have high hope this forum can help with my problem.

here, look at this table

i need to count how many of each value occurs for each name and quantity,
and i will set the formula
ex: item name "flow" in sheet 1 have one 5 and two 20,
so in 2nd sheet i'll set the formula in value 5 and value 20 and they will show up how many times the value occurs in sheet 1

please help me, i've been struggling with this for 3 days now, and still can't figure it out
i've tried count, countif, countifs, and vlookup, but none of them are working like i wanted.

plus, i need to give this to my boss tomorow.
and i can't do this manually because it have 2300 item name.
