    Indexing newly added rows

    Hi Everyone,

I am having a little trouble, and I don't even know if this is possible.

I am indexing values. However, from time to time I need to add rows to this list of values. Ex: I have a value in B3 and C3. I had a row below B3 so that C3 now becomes D3, D3 E3, and so on. What happens is that i have to continuously recopy the index formula I am using so that the correct rows correspond.

    What is the current formula?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Re: Indexing newly added rows

Per your PM, this is the formula you are using:

    =INDEX('Resource NY'!A1:AB1000,1,13)

Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening to it?
