Hello Guys

I hope your all well,
i have been sending out this thomas international exam to a few colleagues within the organisation to gain a better understanding of where we lack quality skills and for some reason, it doesnt seem to be working for my colleagues, but it seems to be working for me

I was wondering is it possible if you could sit through the exam if you have a spare couple of mins ?

If possible i would like you to sit the test. it seems to be working fine for me on my vpn but not on the work network. And i am wondering if anyone else is facing difficulties if they access it else where

Roy i have done the test. i have tried it on my home network and also work network and it works fine for me. But when i sent it to other colleagues within my department they cant access it. and i wasnt sure whether the test being registered to my email address is causing the problem. thats why i posted it on here to see if you guys could help. But i appreciate your help

I would imagine that link is a one time only link. Once you complete the examine that's it.
Do your colleagues have their own unique links?

Hi, they all been given unique referneces< the only thing which remains the same is the address and email address. The unique email address should correspond to the person doing the test. This is why i cant work out why its not working .

So what does the company that provides the service say?

They say it should work. the company paid for 10 licenses. which sould enable 10 tests. I have done two tests. so should be 8 remaning. we can see that our users have logged into the page, but we r confused on why its not working also. Our IT department reckons it could be firewall, But who knows.. i am going to suggest they try running it from there home pcs

have any of your colleagues tried doing it from your work pc, which you say worked?
Maybe your pc is configured differently, browser/admin rights/OS etc, or has different settings in terms of internet usage.

No i havent tried that. I think that would have to be the next steps. i thought our ict guys would of looked in to that though.
