Excel 2007 : Convert Today's Date To The Previous Month & Year

Hi,

I've created a report and I want the header to state what month and year it relates to. I've obtained a bit of VBA code that populates the header from a link to a certain cell but i'm not sure what formula I need to input in the cell to return the month and year combination i'm after. I always run the report a couple of days after month end so i'm looking for a formula that converts todays date to the prior month and year (mmmm yyyy).
