    Lightbulb Dynamic entries in excel

Hi guys can someone please tell me if this is possible.

I want the cells to change content and formatting dynamically depending on the contents of another cell.

Eg: if my Type column = online then i want my attachment and qc pass column to be green with an X and like wise if Type = forms then i want my attachment column to be yellow and contain a Y.

please help as i need to make a dynamic check list for work.
    Thanks in advance.

I made a mock up..so u guys can make more sense of what im trying to say:

    Try this
    In B2
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Drag Across to E2, then Down as required.

See the attached for the C/F formulae.

    [EDIT]
In future, post a workbook, not a picture, I only answered this because you are a first time poster.
Myself and others will be less inclined to respond to a picture if your post count is more than, say, 10.
