Formula problem - combination of IF and Vlookup

I got to many combinations and can sort them out into the right formula,

I need to work with two spredsheets,

Spreadsheet X
In colum E i have numbers with 6 digits/6 digits (666666/470000) and in colum G they have a an amount, every number in colum E is unique.

spreadsheet Y
In column A i have a 6 digit code (666666)) and in colum K the amount.

What i would like is: If the first 6 digit code from colum E in spreadsheet X is to be found in colum A in spreadsheet Y and the amount is the same but with the opposite sign (-/+) i want it to return a number specified by me, eg 27,
