    could you be a little more specific in this question? what is your source data, and what is your intended destination? any other details you think would be helpful would also be appreciated.

    Thank you DGagnon for replied me
    I have excel file name it (main) . I want when I input data in my main , the data transfer to other workbook
    For example if i input data on column name it ( Tom) , the data transfer to workbook (Tom)
    and i will attaching the file .

    hey thair,

    u could either do a pivot table for your other workbooks to read from "Main" worbook or do an MS Query to do the same.

    hi thair. see if the attached is what u want. i added a "Pivot" worksheet & "MSQuery" worksheet. when u refresh them, it will update the data. I added your "Main" worksheet in here for u to try out additional data put in. in reality, u dont have to do so. it should be able to read from another workbook.
