I tried reading anything similar to my issue that I could find, but I have not been able to resolve this issue yet.

In Excel 2010, I go to Data, click on From Other Sources and then click on From Microsoft Query. I only see the Query Wizard for a few seconds before it disappears from the screen. It is still listed on the task bar and in task manager.

I have tried repairing office, reinstalling, installing Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable to make sure that the ODBC drivers were up to date, as well as trying to run Excel in safe mode.
