Indexing problem using multiple arrays and conditions

I have a rather complicated indexing problem that I cannot figure out.

This question includes actually two problems:

1. I would like to vertically display letters and accompanying values from a first array, based on two conditions.

2. Then I would like to horizontally display two sets of numbers based on multiple conditions.

I am very sorry for the lousy explanation. I hope the example is clear:

In the attached workbook I have shifted your example data down the sheet and reproduced array1 in rows 1 to 14. I have put formulae in cells F2 to H2 copied down to row 14, and this generates the array2 in the format that you have asked for.

I don't understand what you want to do for array4.

Only array 4 is also an output. (I tried to make it more clear using the colors).

Maybe I can figure it out using your code for array 2.
