I have 28 ranges of values in column E (lower limit) and column F (upper limit). I need to sum the value in column B if the value in column A is within the range (column E to column F).
The goal is to be able to easily change the upper and lower limits in columns E and F.
Attached is a PDF of file. The list in colums A and B go down much futher. Thanks in adance for your help.

Its better if you attach a sample excel file instead of a PDF. This will save us a lot of time in recreating your file and working on it.
Also, can you please provide an expected output tab so we understand how you need the output?

Excel file attached. Output column for formula is in Column G. A few example solutions the equation should give are in Column H.
