    ranks a list of numbers however ranking whilst ignoring + or - signs

    I am trying to do a formula that ranks a list of numbers however ranking whilst ignoring + or - signs in that list, just using the number itself. Is this possible?
    please find attached table that i am working on.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.
