    Conditional formating

    I have a date in a cell (e.g. H8), in the next cell (e.g I8) I want the fill to turn red if todays date is equal to or greater passed the date in H8?

    Hi

    Try this in Conditional format rules, in I8.

    =OR(TODAY()>=$H8) >>Choose color>>OK.
