Stacked Column Chart Assistance Needed

Hi team,

Here is an example of what I'm being asked to come up with:

The attached worksheet has my lame attempt. See, the "Weekly SIP status chart in columns E-G, rows 2-9 is kind of what I need, but I need it to have 2 bars and to reflect the "Gail" and "Paul" data side-by-side, like the image above. I am having the darnedest time getting 2 columns into the chart and getting the labels and colors to map right...

I appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide!
