How to change a number into word.

Dear,
I am not able convert number in a cell( Example- 45) into word in another cell (Example- forty five).

What I want is relevant to this post.But it is converting number into millions,billions of dollars. I want a program which convert a number into lakhs and crores of Rupees( I mean Indian system).Can u please help me.
