Sorting and conditional selecting of data from sheet 1, inserted to sheet 2?

I have this sort of chart on sheet 1:

Test 1 2008 Random text 1
Test 2 2010 Random text 2
Test 3 2007 Random text 3
Test 4 2008 Random text 4
Test 5 2008 Random text 5
Test 6 2010 Random text 6


I want sheet 2 to be able to look like this, updating as sheet 1 updates:

2007
Test 3 Random text 3
2008
Test 1 Random text 1
Test 4 Random text 4
Test 5 Random text 5
2010
Test 2 Random text 2
Test 6 Random text 6

i.e., auto-sort on the date, and then insert the selected data for that year before moving onto the next year.

I have no clue.
